Flying Colors Play One-Off London Show
Flying Colors – the supergroup starring Neal Morse, Steve Morse and Mike Portnoy – will play a one-off show at London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire on Friday, September 21.
The band, also featuring Dave LaRue and Casey McPherson, will perform songs from their debut self-titled album, which has been described as “epic prog with a chorus of pop anthems.”
Despite releasing the 11-track record in March, Flying Colors only started playing shows at the beginning of this month. Speaking ahead of their debut appearance, drummer Portnoy said: “We’ll play the whole album, then we’ll pad out the set by playing one song from each of our pasts.”
Tickets are available from GigsAndTours.com.
Meanwhile, Portnoy has released a video of him performing the track Indifferent by one of his other bands, Adrenaline Mob. It’s part of Sabian’s Cymbal Vote promotion.
