ELP Book Fully Revised
A detailed book covering the history of Emerson, Lake and Palmer has been fully revised and will be published soon.
Emerson, Lake and Palmer: The Show That Never Ends… Encore was written by George Forrester, Martyn Hanson and Frank Askew, and first released in 2000.
The updated edition – with a foreword by Carl Palmer – includes new interviews and pictures, and brings the story up to date with ELP’s one-off 40th anniversary concert in 2010, which was almost certainly their last show.
Publishers Foruli Classics say: “Emerson, Lake and Palmer: The Show That Never Ends… Encore chronicles the epic ELP saga. Drawing on interviews with band members and associates, and a host of archive sources, it is a gripping account of ego, band politics, period detail and sweeping musical ambition.”
The 346-page paperback is now available to order, and a limited edition run of 50 hardbacks will each be signed by Palmer.
